What is soul?

In my opinion, I think soul is to experience. That is why it lies on the top of all levels of existence namely Body, Breath, Mind, Intellect, Memory, Ego and Self. I don't think we can really define what is soul or self. We can may be use intellect, memory or mind to attempt defining soul but we could still miss out and not complete the definition. The way i try to see is, it is all one conscious. One conscious that has all creation, universe and everything. We start Art of Living courses with "I belong to you" over time i am realizing it is a very profound statement. It is saying everything is just one. You feel no barriers no walls. You feel sad/happy = I feel sad/happy. At that level we might feel others emotions as our own because we are all one. All just one conscious. Self is above ego or identity. When we touch that level of soul there is just no difference between anything. You are everything or you are nothing just doesn't matter. 
As a kid I was told god is in everyone. Now if i want to reiterate god is this soul. When we say god is everywhere and god is one we are just saying soul/consciousness is everywhere and is just one ... Untouched!


Question: I have never been able to define or put in words what soul/self is. Is it something that can even be put in words or something which can only be experienced? When I try to put some words, there is always a bias of intellect in it.

In April 2021, I took my first driving class. Since then it was roller coaster ride in personal life. Finally in August 2022, I restarted my driving practice in Maruti 800 with my sister. This was my first time on a vehicle. I lacked road sense, had loads of unknown fear, feared every tiny thing on road. Why should you Shat karma?

Satkarma helps remove impurities that not released fully. Eg: After digestion certain aama is left in the intestines which can become toxins. Satkarma help in removing these toxins from body. It also helps purify the body more thoroughly which further balances the doshas Vata, pitta and kapha and helps prana to flow freely. Journey from a log of wood to a life of wood

Life is beautiful. Why do we say something is beautiful? What is that thing that is actually making something beautiful? It is the life/prana in something that makes it beautiful. For example: you look at a dead dog or a dried vegetable or a dried leaf you wouldn't say it is beautiful. If you find yourself saying it is beautiful then probably there is some prana/life-force left in it. Eg: Stone has 1 unit of life, so we say stone is beautiful too. This is my journey from a log of wood to a life of wood. Back in 2017, a friend said let's walk through this street, it looks beautiful. I replied what's in this street! These are just trees and shrubs. All I can see are leaves and wood together forming trees. What is so beautiful about it? I have seen several such trees before. They are all the same.
